Dr. Daniel A. Lauridia DVM
I am a native of the south shore of Long Island, my interest in the veterinary field started in my young teenage years. I began working in the veterinary field as a kennel/veterinary assistant and veterinary technician for various small animal hospitals on Long Island, most notably Long Island Veterinary Specialist in Plainview Long Island. I also have a fair amount of experience and fond memories working with horses on Long Island and New Jersey.
My undergraduate education was completed at SUNY Stony Brook University where a graduated Magna Cum Lauda with a BS in Biology. My veterinary education was completed at the prestigious Cornell University (GO BIG RED!!!)I took over Murray Hill Pet Hospital in 2004 and we have made many friends since that time.
I hold memberships in the American Veterinary Medical Assoication, New York State Veterinary Medical Society, Veterinary Medial association of New York City, New York Veterinary Emergency Response Team and Veterinary Information Network.
I currently live in Centerport, Long Island with 4 dogs, Layla, Marley, Cassie, Tequila and 3 cats Barney, Jorge and Clark. My two legged family consists of my wife Stacey and two sons, Lucas and Ryan.

I moved to the US from Ireland many many years ago (too many to count!) Have been with Murray Hill Pet Hospital for over 20 years. I have a passion for working with both people and animals, can you think of a better job!. I have an affinity for senior animals and have adopted many over the last 20 years. When not working diligently at Murray Hill Pet Hospital, I like to travel, spend time in Ireland visiting with my family and friends.

Donika is a native of Albania. She has been with Murray Hill Pet Hospital for 2 years. her favorite part of the job is getting to meet NYC's cutest dogs and cats. She recently adopted a kitten named "Gandolf the Gray". Her hobbies include reading, eating and dogsitting.
Kayleigh Stevens- Animal Care Technician
Kayleigh is original from Maine but relocated to NYC after earning a BS in psychology from Thomas College. She joined the Murray Hill Pet Hospital team back in 2010 and is currently pursuing a degree in veterinary technology ar San Juan College. She most enjoys the problem solving nature of her job and caring for her furry patients. She is co-owned by her two cats Gwenevere and Orla and resides with her partner Heather in Queens. In her free time she enjoys running, bicycling, traveling and reading.
